At Sedekahsg, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not completely happy, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed Return Authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off the package at any authorized courier point and provide us with the tracking number for monitoring.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
